Insurance-based: Priority Health, BCBS/BCN of Michigan and Medicare.
***If you have insurance that is not listed above, we can still see you. This would require self-pay at the time of your appointment, to include a 30% discount. We will provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement.
